Chilli Mojito

I love mojito and I have one of the classic recipes from my bartender course in Bangkok, Thailand. Many years ago, I used to work in the hotel bar.  So I learned more tips and techniques from our bartender. 

Today I am making Chilli Mojito. It’s not that spicy but there is a punch of spiciness at the end. 


1/2 oz Gold rum ( Havana)

1/2  oz White rum ( Barcady)

1/2 Lime

2 Table spoon of Soft Light brown sugar

5-10 mints leaves

1 Red Chilli ( cut and deseed)

1-1.5 oz Soda water

Crushed ice

The drink will be served in Old fashion Glass.


1. Crush 2 wedges of limes,  light brown sugar, mints leaves and rum inthe rock glass/ old fashioned glass.

2. Top with Soda water and stir well.

3. Add and garnish chilli into the drink. Then it is ready to be served.
