Mixed Vegetable stir-fry.

Quick, easy and healthy dish.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

1 Clove Garlic

1  Broccoli

1 Carrot

100g Baby Corns

75g Mangetout

2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce

1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Maggi Sauce

1 Tsp  Sesame Oil

1/2 Tsp Sugar

2 Tbsp   Water

  Salt

Method:

  1. Cut vegetables to pieces.
  2. Boil some water with a good pinch of salt.
  3. Blanch your vegetables, by putting the carrots in the boiling water for 30 seconds before putting in the baby corn, broccoli, and mange tout respectively. Refresh them in iced water and leave them on the side.
  4. Bruise and chop the garlic
  5. Heat the oil in a wok. Then stir fry the chopped garlic. Then add the vegetables and stir with high heat until they soften.
  6. Then add the sauces, sesame oil, sugar and water. Keep stir-frying them and ensure that all vegetables are coated in the sauce. Serve immediately.
