Salmon Salad

I am making quite a healthy Thai inspired dish today. Salmon Spicy Salad is full of flavour and goodness. No frying, no fat accept omega from Salmon 😁, fresh herbs and vegetables. What’s not to like?


  1. 230 grams fresh salmon (no skin)
  2. 3 cm piece of cucumber
  3. 3-4 bird eyes chillis (up to you)
  4. Half carrots
  5. Half red onion
  6. Mints
  7. Parsley
  8. Coriander
  9. 3-4 cherry tomatoes
  10. Yum sauce (spicy salad sauce)
  11. 2.5 Tbsp lime juice
  12. 2 Tbsp fish sauce
  13. 1 Tbsp white sugar
  14. 1 Tbsp Demerara brown sugar
  15. 2 Tbsp water
  16. 1 pinch salt



1. Cut salmon to pieces and add salt and pepper. Mix them together. Leave on the side.

2. Cut all vegetables and herbs.

3. Make Yum sauce (spicy salad sauce) by mix all ingredients into the small bowl.

4. Boil some water add some salt. When it’s boiling, add salmon in. When they are cooked, take them out of water and leave them on the sieve.

5. Assemble salmon, herbs& veg and yum sauce together. It’s ready to be served.
